Leaps and Bounds Therapy is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice PPO, and will submit claims for patients directly.
For all other insurance plans, Leaps and Bounds Therapy will invoice you directly after each visit. Upon request, Leaps and Bounds Therapy will provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.
We accept payment via Zelle, all major credit cards, and can take HSA payments.
